Terms of Hire

Full payment of room / venue hire is required to confirm
your booking and on receipt of our Tax Invoice. 

Note: Until such time as full payment is received your booking is not confirmed and SDRC reserves the right to re-hire the room / venue at the proposed time.

Note: Half day room / venue hire: Should the booking
be required beyond 4 hours on the day, the full day room / venue fees will apply, with the balance being payable on the day and at the expiry of the first 4 hours.

A cancellation fee of $100 plus GST is applicable if the room
/ venue booking is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to your booking.  If the cancellation is made on or less than seven (7) days from the booking, the room hire fee is not refundable and shall be forfeited in full.
